What do you need to start?
- Proven professional experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Functions, Monitoring, Backup, Policies, Azure AD, IAM & RBAC);
- Very good understanding of CI/CD concepts,
- Strong automation experience (at least one programming or scripting language).
- Fluent with various methods of automating infrastructure management on Azure (ARM, Blueprints, CLI, REST API, Automation Accounts, Terraform)
- Previous exposure to configuration management tools (Puppet/Ansible/Chef)
- Proven experience with common enterprise application integration patterns
- Skilled with version control (GIT) and code management strategies,
- Ability to read, understand and amend existing High-Level Design documentation covering various infrastructure aspects.
- Proven ability to identify, design, and influence region and external Clients on proposed architectures.
- Ability to report at executive lever either internally in Capgemini or to external Clients.
- Capability to define a business plan, showing the befit in adoption of a global offering/prosed architecture for Capgemini’s executives or external decision makers.
- Mastering in summarizing technical items, highlighting benefit of proposed architecture, for executive stakeholders.
- Proven up-sale experience as well as support pre-sales activities.
It's not essential, but we appreciate if you also have:
- Knowledge or experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) would be a big plus.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert / Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert
- TOGAF certificate
What duties will help you grow?
- Defining and ensuring a comprehensive and coherent view across Business, Information, Systems and Technology.
- Going beyond designing IT systems to deliver business change while securing sustainability
- Being at front to help our clients create the sustainable, inclusive future we all want and need.
- Provide top level business and technology architecture consultancy services to our clients
- Provide input to the design of IaC Cloud based solutions as a recognized Architect or Design Authority
- Provide input to bids and assist in presenting proposals to potential clients
- Lead or support creation of innovative digital offers as complete enterprise solutions
- Support implementation programs for complex enterprise scale solutions
- Provide input to and/or create specialist points of view for the market and where appropriate present at industry events
- Bring thought leadership and innovative solution ideas to existing clients and bids alike
- Work with Customer Managers, Architects, Subject Matter Experts, Solution Designers and senior levels on client site

- Increasing of Capgemini’s portfolio awareness across Capgemini and Clients
- Creating the strategies of growth of capabilities
- Internal and global portfolio development
- Key roles in the global R&D programs
