- Responsible for processing the HR/Performance/Employee data correctly. with expected quality in a tight SLA driven environment.
- Interact with the client /employee/stakeholder on a regularly basis via email.
- Support HRBP’s with access and information in order run the Performance Management process seamlessly within his/her purview.
- Provide support to multiple functional and techno-functional issues within the SAP HCM PM landscape across organizational hierarchy.
- Liaise with technical team and all other activities which falls under functional support from employee and organization perspective.
- Should be conversant with Excel to prepare, analyze and provide insights on HR/Performance/Employee data and reports.
- Support includes employee query resolution, Upload/Amend/Delete – Objective, KPI, HR Indicators, Competencies etc.
- Responsible for documentation management.
- Assisting Team Leads with periodic Service delivery data as and when required.
