- Process HR Administration requests.
- Process client’s queries.
- Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan.
- Adhere to periodic reporting needs and monitor in-time delivery of all reports.
- Follows appropriate escalation procedures adopted by team.
- Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes and in accordance with the process.
- Manage processes like transfers, promotion, leavers, etc as per the requirement.
- Answer client’s calls and emails – Service Desk.
- Take queries from Client on calls.
- Resolve the requests/hand it over to correct teams.
