Job Description

  • Process HR Administration requests.
  • Process client’s queries.
  • Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan.
  • Adhere to periodic reporting needs and monitor in-time delivery of all reports.
  • Follows appropriate escalation procedures adopted by team.
  • Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes and in accordance with the process.

Primary Skills

  • Manage processes like transfers, promotion, leavers, etc as per the requirement.
  • Answer client’s calls and emails – Service Desk.

Secondary Skills

  • Take queries from Client on calls.
  • Resolve the requests/hand it over to correct teams.
