Desired Candidate Profile:
· Should have experience in HR Payroll Process.
· Provide administration support to the HRO Team.
· Support all service lines in administrative activities as directed.
· Prepare status/volumes reports as required.
· Deal with queries via telephone, chat tool, emails.
· Work with client HR teams to ensure process is working efficiently and to seek improvements.
· Should have knowledge on Customer Service /Operations.
· Minimum of 12 months of experience and maximum 30 months experience in the BPO Operations.
· Exposure to HRO domain is an added advantage.
· Excellent grasping powers able to understand the various processes.
· Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skill.
· Should be proficient in Microsoft Office skills.
· Candidates willing to work in Shifts only need to apply.
· Typing speed of 25-35 WPM.
· Good Communication (written and verbal) and Comprehension skills in English
· Candidates should have minimum of 50% in X, XII, Graduation with not more than 3 year gap in education and career.
