Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing the HR Mandate in aligned with the Business Unit goals
  • Handle all HR day to day operational activities
  • Support retention plan for the business talent management development activities for sections of the BU or the BU as a whole
  • Liaison with other human resources CoE teams to address BU specific needs
  • Facilitate and Drive organizational initiatives program for sections of the BU or the BU as a whole
  • Develop implement and own Employee Engagement programs
  • Employee connect programs within the BU
  • Work closely with Business to address all people related issues concerns expectations etc
  • Grievance Management
  • Maintain and prepare weekly monthly and quarterly reports with an eye for detail
  • Need to be a change agent to influence and drive people oriented initiatives within the business
  • Should be able to lead and drive key initiatives parameters for the entire BU centrally

Required Skills

  • Should be a good listener and have basic industry knowledge
  • Creative and innovative in thinking aligned to business
  • High on customer centricity and networking skills
  • Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
