Job Responsibilities

  • Provides HR guidance and advice to EMs; BU Managers and employees.
  • Develop strong relationships and ensures that all employee relation issues are managed, by working closely with the business, to promote and deliver HR best practices
  • Ensure consistent application of HR Policies, processes and best practices.
  • Case Management (including performance management, absence management, disciplinary and grievance, etc.)
  • Deliver HR training to the business managers.
  • Provide people-based management information.

Primary Skills

  • Experience with on Talent management and performance management | pay processes | Engagement.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with the performance processes.
  • Knowledge of Compensation, Pyramid and ARC management processes.
  • Good Process management skills since different projects are going on at the same time (both transformation projects and operational projects).
  • Change management skills.
