- Provides HR guidance and advice to EMs; BU Managers and employees.
- Develop strong relationships and ensures that all employee relation issues are managed, by working closely with the business, to promote and deliver HR best practices
- Ensure consistent application of HR Policies, processes and best practices.
- Case Management (including performance management, absence management, disciplinary and grievance, etc.)
- Deliver HR training to the business managers.
- Provide people-based management information.
- Experience with on Talent management and performance management | pay processes | Engagement.
- Knowledge and/or experience with the performance processes.
- Knowledge of Compensation, Pyramid and ARC management processes.
- Good Process management skills since different projects are going on at the same time (both transformation projects and operational projects).
- Change management skills.
