Job Responsibilities

Exp required: Sourcing, IT Recruitment, End to End Recruitment, Active / Passive Sourcing


* Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs

*Build Sourcing Strategy to meet the available & forecasted manpower demand

*Partner with the recruiting team to understand job needs and client's business requirements to develop the ideal talent

*Build networks to find qualified candidates
*Sourcer will leverage different tools to research and reach out to the market to build the best talent pool

*Organize and manage Walk-In drives

* Browsing social networking sites like LinkedIn for suitable job profiles with required skills

* Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work

* Research and recommend new sources for the recruitment of active and passive candidates

* Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance

*Excellent command of written and spoken English

*Responsible for few adhoc responsibilities as and when required

* Working towards building market intelligence reports for various skills
