Job Tittle: HR Payroll Transformation Manager 
Location:  Anywhere in UK (100% remote role) 
 

Experience and Skills needed

•Need strong experience in HR payroll 
•Strong project management skills applied in a business/corporate environment.
•Experience in managing multiple process design projects
•Need to have experience in creating process maps
• Participate in workshops, capture actions and in some instances facilitate / lead the session
•Handle the complex problem raised by client and provide solution to problem.
• Responsible for managing client stakeholders that process end to end H2R activities (e.g., Talent development, Mobility, Workforce administration, talent acquisition, case management, helpdesk, remuneration, etc.)
•Handle project tasks according to the project deadlines 
•Involved in process design, understanding the Hire – Retire processes and leveraging DGEM 
• Interaction with Client daily via phone and email, work on resolving H2R related issues, cooperate with other delivery team members, and ensure that the documentation is up to date
•Ensure knowledge sharing with other team members and work in coordination with the team.
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
