Who will you be working with
You will be working with a global team of HR Transformation consultants in the Business Services, Digital Employee Operations (DEO) team and will work directly with our Market Units representing all our customer segments and other practices areas of Capgemini including Capgemini AMS Application Management Services, BTS – Business Technology Services and Capgemini Invent, our consulting arm. You will support our practice leadership team in delivering to our clients, CHROs and their top-teams based primarily in the UK but also throughout Europe.
The focus of your role
As a HR Payroll Transformation Consultant within Capgemini’s Business Services Global Business Line, the following set of responsibilities and duties exists. Deliver agile strategies, recommendations and solutions that will overall improve our client’s end to end payroll and/or global payroll outcomes. Constantly promoting Capgemini’s Digital Employee Operations (DEO) and Digital Learning Operations (DLO) practice, its principles while leveraging our assets. Specifically, within our DEO offering, our HR Payroll Transformation Consultants, along with improving the employee experience, will drive to adjust and manage our client’s efforts to move transactional back-office to the front office. Additionally, engage our clients in rethinking their process and HR Payroll administration operations to drive the best experience at an optimal cost. With Capgemini’s intelligent automation, our consultants help our clients to make the best use of their HCM Payroll investment through a range of intelligent automation solutions with front office live chats, chatbot, and knowledge portals to back office Robotic Process Automation (RPA) offerings.
What will you do
- Support sales cycle with RFP/RFI/RFQ development.
- Develop and deliver HR Payroll Operating Models
- Support detail assessments, design sessions, design and build requirements, support development and implementation of the to-be HR Payroll organization processes and strategies to leverage Digital HCM Payroll platforms ADP, Workday, Success Factors, Oracle, and SAP.
What you’ll bring
- Minimum 10 years of end-to-end Payroll experience
- Minimum 5 years of external consulting experience or other relevant experience related to successful delivery of Payroll Transformation.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in one or more of the following HCM Payroll and other platforms: Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, SAP, ServiceNow, and ADP
