Responsible for managing the college hire operations for North America entities
Responsible for managing the employee referral process for North America
Responsible for calling the referred candidates, completing the screening process and sharing the profile with the recruiters timely
Coordinating with the recruiters to get the feedback on time and ensure time closure of the candidate application
Coordinating with the clients and respective individuals to get the required information
Responsible for updating all records accurately and timely in the system
Responsible for preparing the employee referral payout report
Responsible to adhere to TAT, SLA set for the process
Responsible to adhere to SOP
Responsible for tracking exceptions and highlighting issues to the Team Lead
Excellent communication skill, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to adhere to processes and procedures.
Proven time management skills as the need to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines is essential.
Experience of delivering service in a busy environment, where customer expectations are met or exceeded.
Ability to work within a team however, also able to use own initiative and be a self-driven when required
Committed in providing outstanding customer service (To Clients and Candidates) within set timelines and delivery standards
