HR Operations – Bangalore – Process Associate

Work Location: Bangalore

Business Unit: BPO

Experience Required: 1 to 3 years

Qualification: Any Graduate


Desired Candidate Profile:

Provide administration support to the HRO Team.

Support all service lines in administrative activities as directed.

Prepare status/volumes reports as required.

Deal with queries via telephone, chat tool, emails.

Work with client HR teams to ensure process is working efficiently and to seek improvements.

Should have knowledge on Customer Service /Operations.

Minimum of 12 months of experience and maximum 30 months experience in the BPO Operations.

Exposure to HRO domain is an added advantage.

Excellent grasping powers able to understand the various processes.

Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skill.

Should b e proficient in Microsoft Office skills.


Candidates willing to work in UK Shifts only need to apply.

Candidates should have minimum of 50% in X, XII, Graduation with not more than 3yr gap in education and /career.
