Job Responsibilities

HR Compliance 9years-12years Mumbai 

Primarily comprises of the following broad responsibilities Investigate all employee grievances escalations to leadership team independently Connect with employee stake holders to close all cases Keep a track of all such cases with periodic reporting to leadership Coordinating with internal legal team on such cases as and when required Responding to stake holders as the principal point of contact Able to manage the sensitivity related to process Maintain a repository documents artifacts 8 10 years in HR with at least 2 years in managing Employee Grievances issues Employment Law related issues Disciplinary matters MBA from reputed institute knowledge of Employment laws will be an added advantage Analytical investigative skills Detail orientation Empathy in dealing with employees stakeholders
