We are looking to hire HR Global Mobility (Europe) with 2 to 4 years of experience in Pune location

Roles & Responsibilities:

• International assignment management

• Handle all day to day employee queries related to onsite policy and deployments to onsite

• Issue required letter and documents to employees traveling onsite.

• Coordination & follow-up with the employees

• Coordination & follow up with the Immigration team as and when required

• Check visa & WP details is relevant as per travel

• Check past travel history

• Validate all assignment details

• Updating and maintaining trackers

• Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes

• Keeping process specific internal systems/tools updated: (AIMS, MyAssignment, PACE, SAP, Concur MyExpense, IndiaApps (travel application), etc)

• People Moves / Transfers/ redeployments on International Assignments

• Maintain employee documents on their respective Personnel Files

• Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan


Required Skills/ Personal Attributes      


• MS Office (with good grasp over MS Outlook, MS Word & MS Excel) Ability to stay focused and keep up with continuous, fast-paced work environment and display creative and analytical problem solving

• Knowledge visas and immigration

• Good understanding of Europe immigration and visas.

• Knowledge of immigration compliances

• Knowledge on certificate of coverage and its importance 

• Demonstrates strong commitment to process deliverables

• Strong communication skills (Business English)

• Self-starter with energy and passion to learn and pick up

• Resourceful – ability to hunt for required information on available internal and external forums/ connect with people who can help close

• Ability to think from employee & stakeholder POV

• Strong team player, behaves like a process owner, ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards, within process & policy parameters

• Thorough & detail oriented
