An overview of the role
This is a great chance for a creative and ambitious HR Manager who is looking to take the next step in their career. Sitting in a friendly and hard-working team, you will manage a busy case load supporting a HR Business Partner, whilst also working on some innovative Employee Relations projects, for our ER Manager.

You’ll be pro-active, approachable, and able to work at pace supporting your HR Business Partner and ER. We would love you to bring some creative flare to support our ER Manager in creating story boards for policy pitches to key stakeholders. You’ll also have good stake-holder management skills, with a focus on informal resolution, as well as the ability to work at scale and the flexibility to react to changing priorities around deliverables.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:
• Experience of working in a large-scale organization, supporting upwards of 500 people.
• Provide well-constructed advice and solutions, promoting best practice & innovative thinking on case management with resolution at the heart.
• The ability to build relationships with, and to influence, key stakeholders in the business.
If you have some of the following that would be great but if you don’t tick all the boxes don’t worry:
• Creativity, and an ability to tell a story and bring people on a journey.
• A commercial focus with a developing ability to articulate HR in terms of business benefit.
• A willingness to challenge “accepted practice” and a drive for seeking out and delivering value add work.
