HR Consultant – Special Initiatives & Projects

- Comfortable working in a collaborative environment
- Ability to identify problems and create solutions
- Client-centric focus and desire to create a high level of employee engagement
- Understand business objectives and recommend effective policies and procedures to create improvements in productivity
- Master’s Degree or MBA in HRM is preferred
- 1-3 years of human resources generalist experience or a blend of operations and HR supporting a large global company is preferred
- Knowledge and experience with HRIS Systems
