HR Business Partner Mgr

Job Description

  • Develop manage implementing and integrating HR programs and guidelines for the business in support of organizational objectives
  • Drive group level initiatives for the Business Unit
  • Responsible for HR Metrics and analysis
  • Support employee engagement initiatives by partnering with relevant BU SPOCs Responsible for Strategic facilitation Key Initiatives
  • Lead the development and implementation of key HR initiative for the Business Unit Some of the initiative are as follows o Rewards and recognition o Service Line support o Incentive Program o Critical Risk Mapping of Resources Manage development program for various levels
  • Be an active member of the growing community, closely tracking the releases to know about the new features and enhancements and aligning it with the CRM roadmap
  • Must comply with all the Quality Management System (QMS), Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements and guidelines of the organization
  • Implement HR Strategy and policy in alignment with the Market Units In the SBU
