Looking for BU HR for Bangalore location

•    She/he would be responsible for executing the HR Mandate in alignment with the Business goals within the framework of Organization’s values and direction
• Plan and implement retention initiatives
• Responsible for driving Talent development initiatives in his/her defined BU/Geography/Engagements
• Responsible for driving Performance Management across the business in his/her defined BU/Geography/Engagements
• Facilitate and Drive organization level initiatives/program across in his/her defined BU/Geography/Engagements and ensure compliance
• Develop and implement Employee Engagement programs within the BU and visit client sites to drive the same
• Work closely with Business Manager(s) to understand the issues and provide robust solutions
• Provides guidance and knowledge that cover multiple areas of human resources, including C&B, Career Development, Employee relations, or other services
• Maintain and prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports; with an eye for detail
• Liaison with other human resources functions for smooth functioning of business
