We are looking to hire HR Business partner with 9 – 12 years of exp in Mumbai location


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic support for retention plan for the business, plan and implement retention initiatives
  • Responsible for planning and implementing talent development initiatives
  • Responsible for driving performance management across the business
  • Facilitate and Drive organization level initiatives/program across the business and ensure compliance
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs within the business
  • Work closely with Business to understand the issues and provide robust people solutions
  • Provides guidance and knowledge that cover multiple areas of human resources, including employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, or other services.
  • HR Analytics
  • Liaison with other human resources functions for smooth functioning of business 
  • Need to be a change agent to influence and drive people oriented initiatives within the business
  • Manage a team of HRBPs


Location: Mumbai

Experience: 9 – 12 years

Qualification & Experience

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources Field from a reputed organization
