This role can be located in either Nairn or Inverness
Working within the Capgemini UK Recruitment function, the focus of the role is to provide HR Administrative and Recruitment support to new joiners and to the business, ensuring that the onboarding process runs smoothly and efficiently, with a strong focus on maintaining a positive end to end candidate recruitment experience.
⦁ Building positive relationships with candidates, with key stakeholders in the business, and with members of the wider recruitment function, offering them support and guiding them through the onboarding process.
⦁ Administering the new joiner onboarding process, with activities including but not being limited to:
- Working with the Capgemini ATS (Applicant Tracking System) IT platform to issue candidates with Offer Letters and Contracts of Employment.
- Carrying out Employment Reference checking.
- Provisioning of Kit (laptop, phone etc).
- Liaising with the recruitment function and the business to ensure the business are ready for the candidate when they join, and to ensure the candidate knows where to go during their first few days with Capgemini.
⦁ Keeping key trackers and spreadsheets updated with current and accurate data.
⦁ Remaining organised and calm under pressure, with an ability to proactively manage your time and prioritise tasks.
⦁ Offering flexibility and agility in your role, with a willingness to take part in project work as well as offering ad hoc support to other functions and business areas when required.
