Job Responsibility

  • Process HR Administration requests
  • Manage processes like transfers, promotion, leavers, etc as per the requirement
  • Answer client’s calls and emails – Service Desk
  • Process client’s queries
  • Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures
  • Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan
  • Adhere to periodic reporting needs and monitor in-time delivery of all reports

Primary Skills

  • Follows appropriate escalation procedures adopted by team
  • Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes and in accordance with the process
