Job Description

  • Must have at least 1-2 years  work experience in HR processes, preferably training/learning process or client management
  • Must possess basic MS-Excel skills and analytical abilities
  • Excellent English communication skills (Both verbal and written)
  • Preferable – experience in HR / HR Outsourcing
  • Showing consistency of tenure in previous organizations.
  • Willingness to initiate, improve and drive the process.
  • Team management experience is preferred

 

Primary Skills

  • Query management and resolution
  • Managing Service Desk for the tower

 

Secondary Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills (Both verbal and written)
