Interview Management :
Coordinate interviews, arrange required logistics and assist Onshore Recruiters as per requirements.
Communicate and coordinate with candidates about interviews.
Time to time take relevant feedback and next step instructions from Onshore Recruiters and as per requirement keep candidates informed about the progress, next steps and provides timely feedback.
Perform any other related administrative duties as required and instructed.

Offer Management : 

Prepare, audit and extend Offer and Contract letters as per requisite information received from Onshore Recruiters.
Ensure completion of all documentation as per the standard recruitment processes.
Keep a repository of all Offers and Contracts prepared.
Perform any other related administrative duties as required and instructed.

Reference Check:

Arranging all details for Reference Check process for Employees.
Coordinate with candidates to collect relevant information for conducting Reference Checks.
Completing the Reference Check Forms and coordinate back to Onshore Recruiters.
Maintaining complete repository of all the Reference Check documents initiated.
Prepare and Extend Recruitment PO, Invoice
Create PO, Invoice Forms as per instructions and information received from Onshore Recruiters for all the Contractor Hires.
Assist and work with Onshore Recruiters as well as Payroll to extend the completed PO, Invoice Forms.

Immigration Administration

Coordinate with Candidates and initiate Visa Processing forms.
Complete understanding and documentation of Visa forms.
Coordination with Mobility team to extend the complete Visa forms and documents.

Job Requisition Tracking

Keep a complete knowledge about active onshore job openings.
Maintain Recruitment Status Reports.
Participate in the required Recruitment meetings and provide related updates.
Recruitment Reporting
Updating required Recruitment Tool and other related HRIS System with all New Hire data.
Generating Standard and Ad Hoc Recruitment Reports as per requirement.
