Job Description :

·       Process HR Administration requests

·        Manage processes like transfers, promotion, leavers, etc as per the requirement

·        Answer client’s calls and emails – Service Desk

·        Process client’s queries

·        Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures

·        Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan

·        Adhere to periodic reporting needs and monitor in-time delivery of all reports

·        Follows appropriate escalation procedures adopted by team

·        Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes and in accordance with the process

·        Service Desk

– Take queries from Client on calls

– Resolve the requests/hand it over to correct teams


Required Skills

·        Strong verbal, presentation and written communications skills

·        Must have work experience of 4-7 years preferably in an Intl. BPO domain with relevant experience in HR / HR Outsourcing

·        Must possess adequate level of MS-Excel skills and analytical abilities – pivot, v look up, etc
