Job Description

  • The person will be Respond to client’s queries accurately responsible for client queries.
  • The person has to process maintain and administer HR Transactions.
  • The employee will be responsible for process movement like transfers, relocations, internal mobility.
  • The employee will provide clarifications to HR Policies and procedures. 

Primary Skills

  • The employee will manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology.
  • The employee needs to organize knowledge sharing sessions both within the team and cross teams.

Secondary Skills

  • The employee needs to liaison with third parties, vendors and multiple stake holders.
  • The employee needs to update all required process documentation and other documentation within agreed timeframes on the defined support tool.
