Our FS Practice team helps our clients make better business decisions by transforming an ocean of data into streams of insight. Due to continued growth within Capgemini’s FS Practice we intend to recruit a Guidewire Technical Lead with relevant consulting and communication skills.  Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities: 

  • Technical lead with strong knowledge of Guidewire Policy Center, Billing Center and Claim Center Integrations.
  • Oversee and develop coding standards.
  • Responsible for prompt response to incidents and maintain/meet agreed SLA
  • Prsenting the production changes to change advisory board
  • Ensuring that good coding standards are met by arranging for frequent code review meetings with developers
  • Work alongside managers or clients to agree their business requirements
  • Explain plans agreed with managers to designers and developers and organizing the workloads of the technical teams.
  • Monitor progress of the project and ensuring it’s completed on time
  • Reporting progress back to managers or clients

 Let’s talk about your qualifications and experience:

  • Strong knowledge of Guidewire Policy Center, Billing Center and Claim Center Integrations.
  • Stong understanding of change management, pre and post implmentation activities.
