JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLSETS:
Producing design concepts often working to very tight deadlines
Designing and creating communication material, ensuring all elements are well designed, consistent and easily transformable to a different media
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team including other designers, developers, content specialists and managers
Ensuring all output, internal and external, is well designed and user focused
Collaborate with Designers, marketing and product managers to translate messaging concepts, campaign ideas into marketing and sales materials
Create marketing materials including: digital assets, tradeshow brochures, advertising, sales support and event, promotional materials
Customize PowerPoint presentations for clients and partners
Ensures brand consistency across all creative and graphic materials. Maintains existing brand standards and further develops organizational brand identity.
Strong design skills, can work on jobs independently without overt supervision
An eye for cutting-edge creative, aesthetic
Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design or equivalent combination of training and design experience
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and PowerPoint (Bonus: After Effects)
Basic HTML and CSS
Print and web design experience
Thorough knowledge of visual design principals, including graphic design, layout, typography, color, icon development, identity and branding.
Ability to work independently on projects from initial stages to completion and takes direction well, yet grasps the opportunity to show initiative.
