Job Description

  • The Google Workspace Administrator will be the main point of contact for anything related to Google Workspace administration
  • This key role resolves assigned cases and change requests and acts as an escalation for support issues
  • The candidate will have experience with Google Workspace and familiarity with other messaging applications
  • Drive Architecture and Engineering initiatives for the Messaging environment including cloud based initiatives Administer manage and maintain the Google Workspace ecosystem Identify new and innovative ways to use existing tool sets to automate management monitoring and related processes to increase efficiency
  • Perform scripting administration tasks and reporting using PowerShell or other scripting technology developing scripts for automating processes Support users and staff with issues related to connectivity to the messaging systems that includes support for GMail message tracking and message relays
  • Apply new solutions through research and collaboration with the team and determine the course of action for new application initiatives Implement new software solutions as required by the business ESP1
