Skills Required


  1. Excellent knowledge in Excel & Advance Excel / PowerPoint
  2. Good Communication skills (both written and oral)
  3. Good conceptual understanding of DSS Structure
  4. Understanding of Database, upstream and downstream of the data base and systems associated to any Database
  5. Common Data terminologies and usage ex: data mining, data cleansing
  6. Excellent understanding of MetaData Rules applied to a system; should have done hands on with such systems / processes
  7. Beginner to Intermediate level in Power BI
  8. Beginner to Intermediate level in Qlikview
  9. Understanding of Access Management of a Global system
  10. Understanding of HC and Remuneration metrices used in HR world
  11. Excellent command in Data Analysis (especially large data sets > 100K row items)
  12. Ability to design Dashboards with HR data
  13. Minimum 6+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting and analytics is required.
