Contet of the role
Our Group Technology, Innovation, and Ventures (TIV) function has been executing its agenda per the scope set out on the Blue Book. For 2021 and 2022, the office will continue its “future thinking, change-making” mission on the premise that:
– Tech-driven business innovation is a pre-requisite for advanced digital businesses – the necessary “future thinking” for our clients’ growth strategy
– A dedicated innovation practice/platform is a key differentiator – for leading vendors like Capgemini to provide “change-making” services
Role & Responsibilities
You will be reporting to the Director of TIV Marketing and part of the Group Marketing & Communications Function.
You will be driving the “I” and the “V” in TIV marcomm activities to ensure Capgemini is recognized as innovation partner of choice. Key responsibility being to develop, manage, and measure impact of the integrated marketing and communication programs in close collaboration with the communications and ‘go to market’ teams.
You will be animating and coordinating a network of Applied Innovation Exchanges (AIEs) marketing ambassadors with a multiple geographic scope (North America, France, Germany, India, Netherlands, Singapore, Sweden, UK, among others) to deliver value.
You will also be responsible for any related internal or external MarComm activities of Capgemini Ventures (Corporate Ventures, Business Ventures and Startup Catalyst) and will support – jointly with CG Ventures Team –the promotion strategy for every one of the streams.
Experience & Qualifications
-5-7 years of professional experience in similar activities.
-Ability to demonstrate design and management of multiple marketing projects running simultaneously in a matrix organization
-Good capacity to overcome challenging or complex situations
-Problem-solving skills, analytical and logical
-Ability to cultivate effective relationships, and to influence and collaborate internally
