Job Description
  • Responsible for managing teams of on average 10+ FTEs and reviewing the Journal Entries, reconciliations
  • Responsible for meeting the SLA’s and client requirements
  • Responsible for making right decisions at right time in terms of people, process and technology
  • SPOC to customers for General Ledger and contract management team
  • Process expert in R2R with knowledge on continuous improvement initiatives
  • Should work towards organizational objective in terms of increasing the profit margin for the team
  • Closely involve in month-end close for Fixed Assets, General Ledger and make sure the team achieves the SLA and get positive feedback from Clients
Primary Skills
  • Should have experience in handling 10+ FTE team of R2R and minimum 2 years as TL
  • Should be able to work independently and with less supervision
Secondary Skills
  • Should be willing to work in shift and flexible to extend the work hours/weekend working during month end
  • Prior Experience in SAP
