We are looking for Cloud Automation Engineer who has a solid and successful background driving automation infrastructure as code configuration management provisioning and tools development for enterprise software and systems in Google Cloud Platform GCP
The candidate must have great communication skills and a passion for automating everything and a sense of ownership
As a Senior GCP Engineer you will have the opportunity to shape and deliver GCP products including App Engine Compute Engine Cloud Storage Big Data Deployment Manager Services and more
You will quickly ramp up as a subject matter expert for the GCP and become the go to person for designing elegant cloud based solutions
Build and innovate to replace large scale manual operating processes with scripts and applications that gets provisioned and configured on GCP
Driving analysis design and development of automation tools for configuration provisioning deployment development and operational tasks on GCP Diagnose and resolve customer problems for GCP products Engineer and implement new operations productivity and investigation tools to increase efficiency for Technical Solutions Engineering
Work with developers and the systems engineering team to resolve issues related to application configuration deployment or debugging Write flexible template using Google Deployment Manager and configuration files and use them to create deployments that have a variety of Cloud Platform services such as Google Cloud Storage Google Compute Engine and Google Cloud SQL configured to work together
Must have Bachelors or higher in computer science electrical engineering or equivalent Google Cloud Certified Architect
Data Engineer G suite Administrator
Technical Experience with DevOps Pipeline tools such as Github Maven Jenkins Puppet and Google Deployment Manager
Proficient level in programming and scripting languages such as Bash Python Ruby Google Deployment Manager
Experience with GCP storage solutions SQL database administration
Google App Engine cloud networking solutions and or distributed computing technology
Strong network administration and troubleshooting skills good understanding of Linux system administration
Understanding of Unix Linux or Windows systems from kernel to shell and beyond taking in system libraries file systems and client server protocols along the way
