An overview of the role

Role:  Functional Consultant – Kinaxis Rapid Response- Sales and Operations Planning
Organization: Capgemini Business Services, Digital Supply Chain Practice
Grade: C1/C2

Background: Capgemini is a global major in value-added Digital Supply Chain services for its clients. As part of this rapidly growing business segment, you will play a critical role in implementation, deployments and performance improvement of Kinaxis RapidResponse.

Why this role?

As an S&OP consultant, the key responsibilities, skills, experience and educational requirements are:    

⦁    Deliver large scale, high-value projects by leveraging an established delivery methodology on Kinaxis Platform.
⦁    Lead the process design activities and ensure delivery of S&OP process on Kinaxis Rapid Response environment, by bringing synergies across Demand, Supply and Inventory optimization modules
⦁    Define and design measurement criteria for the processes (KPIs)
⦁    Work closely with financial control while also covering risk/issue management and transparent communication with senior client executives
⦁    Coordinate the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics.
⦁    Be a part of an Agile project team utilizing the Agile / Scrum methodologies, working in a fast-paced, iterative environment, closely partnering with business stakeholders.
⦁    Create functional design documentation, software specifications, testing/training scenarios and evaluate business processes for improvement opportunities
⦁    Provide expert functional and process guidance on system capabilities and solution approaches.
⦁    Develop design for accelerator assets and contribute building knowledge capital

Key Skills:
⦁    Functional: Very deep exposure to setting up and executing S&OP processes (including understanding of technology for Demand-Supply Balancing and collaboration). Exposure to Demand Planning, Supply Planning, RCCP, ATP on Kinaxis RapidResponse platform
⦁    Analytical: Ability to analyze supply chain operational data to identify opportunities and develop insights. Perform fit-gap analysis 
⦁    Good knowledge of MS Excel and preparing PowerPoint presentations
⦁    Experience in usage of analytical tools such as QlikView & Qlik Sense
⦁    Strong business acumen and execution experience in supply chain process and systems
⦁    Strong decision making, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
⦁    Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural teams spread across geographies. 

Key Experience and Education Requirements:
⦁    6-10 years of experience in supply chain consulting or operations role with proven experience in establishing and running S&OP process on KinaxisRapidResponse 
⦁    Proven experience in working with global clients and handling key S&OP stakeholders
⦁    Prior Implementation experience of 2-3 e2e projects on Kinaxis Rapid Response across industry verticals and establishing/executing S&OP processes
⦁    Experience in FMCG/CPG/Retail/Manufacturing industry. Multinational exposure is preferred
⦁    Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Tier-1 Engineering Colleges preferred) 
⦁    MBA Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics /Engineering (preferred) 
⦁    Kinaxis certification will be an added advantage
⦁    Any relevant supply chain specific certifications like APICS (desirable)
