Our Growth Lead – to help scale up our client network and bring in new work to the team.
Within our small but expanding frog UK Brand team, we’re looking for someone to help us grow quickly. You’ll need to be bright, sparky and passionate and above all have a desire to shape and build something new:
• Be comfortable distilling and translating our frog proposition, capabilities and cases into relevant approaches to individual clients
• Build strong relationships within frog / Capgemini as well as with clients and prospects
• Be comfortable taking a lead as ‘point person’ in development of credentials, proposals and pitches
• Start-up and entrepreneurial mindset – you’ll need to be hands-on and willing to experiment, learn and develop fast to help us build something special
• Demonstrating progress towards our growth goals through reporting on key metrics
• Being a founder member of a fast-moving team; proactive and comfortable with some ambiguit
We’re looking for someone familiar enough with brand strategy and identity work to be able to proactively identify opportunities and take them to senior clients. We don’t expect you to be a practitioner, but you will need to have brand consultancy/agency experience. You should have a solid grounding in client challenges, of the theory and practice of brand work, and of how our competitors are positioned. You’ll have an excellent standard of personal presentation as well as the ability to create highly compelling presentations and documents to introduce and sell our offer.
Ideally you will have a track record in supporting successful new business initiatives and be able to demonstrate your personal role in building client awareness, relevance, consideration and conversion. We are looking to introduce our brand offer to existing frog / Capgemini clients as well as to expand our base – so it would be great if you’re well-networked with senior UK-based brand and marketing leaders. Experience on major blue-chip accounts, and in Consumer Goods and Retail will be particularly helpful.
