French Recruitment Process Lead I 5 to 7 years I Bangalore
- Responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for the placement at our offices across France.
- Source active candidates from French job portals (like Apec,PoleEmploi, etc)
- Source passive candidates and creating talent pipeline by using LinkedIn and other social networking sites.
- Manage 100% communications in French language (reading-writing & verbal)
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews at France (Virtual & on-premises).
- Work directly with the business heads and on-site recruiters in France
- Participate in Weekly meeting to manage and collaborate with the team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
- Relevant work experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience in use of Experience in use of Recruiting Systems / ATS will be an added advantage
- Self-starter, ability to work independently in multitasking environment and balance workload based on priorities is highly recommended.
