- Responsible for sourcing and screening “consulting” candidates for the placement at our offices OR client sites across France.
- Source active candidates from French job portals (Monster.fr / Apec/ HelloWorks/ MeteoJob/ LinkedIn)
- Source passive candidates and creating talent pipeline by using LinkedIn, Viadeo and other social networking sites.
- Manage 100% communications in French language (reading-writing & verbal)
- Work directly with the business heads and on-site recruiters in France
- Report to the Director of recuitment
- Participate in Weekly meeting to manage and collaborate with the team.
The role holder must comply with all the Quality Management System (QMS), Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements and guidelines of the organization.
