Capgemini is seeking for Forms Test Lead


  • 5 Years of IT Experience 3 Years of experience in business systems analysis activities focusing on documents or forms composition
  • Analyzing classifying and inventorying existing forms Consolidating form templates recognizing common graphical elements information blocks layouts variable data requirements and functional similarity Development documentation and or use of corporate guidelines for branding style and forms design Developing and documenting forms designs and form specifications including form usage and derivation rules data mapping variable logic templates styles layout etc
  • Developing and documenting forms processing and policy assembly requirements including form order text flow recipients paper types bar coding electronic and mailing output considerations balancing etc
  • Analyze form exceptions for form automation improvements or manual exception workflows Help implement usability and user experience improvements for key forms and overall style and branding consistency Work with existing system SMEs and business users Support development and testing Domain subjects
  • Commercial Lines Insurance o Policy transactions and events o Policy generation and assembly
  • Policy notices correspondence and other documents o Document generation printing assembly mailing and archiving technologies
  • Document rules specification easily translatable to rules engine implementation
  • General Business Analyst Skills Requirements gathering documenting and organizing skills Good written and verbal communication skills Rapid learner quickly absorbing both abstract concepts and specific details
  • Ability to quickly understand existing systems processes organizations and business models
  • Ability to identify and understand the application of new technologies and new automation to solve existing business problems Identify understand and quantify business benefits costs and develop business cases
  • Ability to work independently as well as success in team environments
