Job Responsibilities

Group Reporting Analyst

Preference: HFM End User

Level: Consultant

1.Responsibilities / KPIs

  1. Design, Develop & produce P&L & functional reports dashboard
  2. Design, Develop & produce Management Cost Reports and Dashboards
  3. Manage the preparation of Annual Budgets // Forecasts // Actuals Close
  4. Timely and Accurate delivery of cost allocations
  5. Preparation of analytics to drive meaningful conclusion
    1. Trend analysis/ run-rate
    2. Benchmark analysis
    3. Production of Memo to management
    4. Variance analysis
    5. Liaise with the SBUs // BUs to control costs and eliminate Variances
  6. Provide input and support process improvements and review process controls
  7. Team management
  8. Interaction with senior management
  9. Transition management from Onshore to CoE
  10. Document all process and keep them current
  11. Quality review – maker checker, 2X2

2.Educational Qualifications

Post-Grad in Commerce/ MBA Finance/CA

3.Experience

Sr Analyst:Above 5 year’s relevant experience

    1. Excel
      1. Basic – pivots, basic functions, conditional format, sum, if
      2. Intermediate – indexing, graphs, charts
      3. Advanced – macros, VB scripts, advanced functions
    2. HFM user
      1. End user capabilities
      2. Upload, promote / reject, report creation
    3. Analytical skills
  2. Secondary skills:
    1. Business Objects
      1. End user capabilities

 

  1. Good business communication skills
    1. Ability to write crisp executive summaries to senior management
    2. Ability to build and maintain partnerships across SBUs // BUs and other corporate functions
