Salesforce Developer (Consultant/Senior Consultant)

 

As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Salesforce community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements. You’ll be:

  • Utilising your core consulting and Salesforce skills to offer technical knowledge and implementation experience with all core Salesforce tools, offerings and products.
  • Involved in APEX development, Lightning components and complex Salesforce configuration.
  • Working with the development team in analysing, designing, coding and unit testing Salesforce solutions.
  • Active participation in development workstreams within projects.
  • Using your experience to guide our clients in best practices and better ways of achieving their goals.
  • Working alongside a team of talented technical Salesforce people, knowledge sharing and supporting each other to help each other develop your expertise in Salesforce.

 

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer (Consultant / Senior Consultant)

 

As a Developer in our Marketing Cloud implementation team you’ll be:

  • Working to design, build, test, and deploy Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and functionality.
  • Scoping and designing features and enhancement to the platforms to meet wide ranging business requirements for customer experience.
  • Advising on best practice of the platform and input into solution and technical design of the platform and its integrations.
  • Working closely with technical and solution architects to build and develop features aligned to design and architectural standards.

 

Salesforce Technical Lead (Manager)

 

As a Salesforce Technical Lead (Manager), you’ll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Salesforce community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements. You’ll be:

  • Managing the development team, both onshore and offshore, in delivering a Salesforce project
  • Working with Solution Architect and/or Technical Architect in deriving optimal solution in solving business challenges
  • Communicating and presenting ideas to others and driving outcomes that meet client requirements.
  • Performing code reviews of the development team to ensure best practice and agreed standards are followed
  • Involved in sprint planning activities, including work estimation as part of delivering agile Salesforce projects
  • Guiding the development team in using the latest Salesforce technology which may include Lightning, Apex, Platform Shield, Files Connect, Lightning Connect, Heroku, Platform Events and Salesforce DX.
  • Involved in APEX development, Lightning components and complex Salesforce configuration.
  • Communicating and presenting ideas to others and driving outcomes that meet client requirements.
  • Working alongside a team of talented technical Salesforce people, knowledge sharing and supporting each other to help each other develop your expertise in Salesforce.

 

Salesforce Technical Architect (Senior Manager / Associate Director)

 

  • As a Salesforce Technical Architect (Senior Manager) your role is a pivotal position within the DCX team as it will encompass designing and creating the underlying data structure and data flows to support application builds for high profile clients. In this role you’ll be:
    • • Guiding the development team in using the latest Salesforce technology which may include Lightning, Apex, Platform Shield, Files Connect, Lightning Connect, Heroku, Platform Events and Salesforce DX.
    • • Providing assurance that the project or program is appropriately using Salesforce technical capabilities to solve business problems.
    • • Liaise with client technical teams to understand the architecture outside of Salesforce and any integrations required.
    • • Using your experience to guide our clients in best practices and better ways of achieving their goals.
    • • Communicating and presenting ideas to others and driving outcomes that meet client requirements.
    • • Working in a team of talented technical Salesforce leaders, sharing support, guidance and mentorship as you continue your journey to becoming a Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.

 

 

Let’s talk about your qualifications and experience:  

  • Experience in Salesforce platform, particularly across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud and common AppExchange apps
  • Demonstrated understanding of underlying client business problems and the ability to develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that addresses their needs.
  • Proven experience of Apex, Triggers, Classes and Lightning Web Components, API Web Services and Salesforce declarative programming techniques.
  • Capability to communicate with stakeholders, whilst also managing their expectations.
  • DevOps (Salesforce DX) experience preferred, including use of DevOps tools such as git.
  • Certification(s) in Platform Developer II; Sales; Service; or Community Cloud.
