Job Responsibilities

Executive Assistant

Responsibility –

• Co-ordination of internal, external board meetings

• Managing leadership schedule & update their calendar entry accordingly

• Collate & circulate agenda, record meeting minutes to stake holders in advance before the meeting

• Maintain minutes, including taking notes at meetings and circulate to all stake holders

• Making presentations & reports as per the management requirements

• Maintain the time sheet for the consultant staff in the team

• Providing budget forecast for the project to the required team

• Preparing financials & costing for the upcoming projects

• Taking care of logistics, Domestic and International travels, Transfers and Visa related activities for practice
