GRC and Cloud Operating Model Lead

• Has hands-on experience in transforming
an organization’s operating model and ITSM capabilities to be more
cloud-centric; or in other words implementation of cloud operating model
support by a cloud management and orchestration platform

• Familiarity with industry compliance
and security standards including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and NIST/DoD

• Experience advising customers on
architectures meeting industry standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and
NIST/DoD frameworks.

• Deep understanding of enterprise risk
management methods and techniques to drive successful outcomes in a
multi-national environment

• Implementation experience with
enterprise governance, risk, security controls and compliance software packages

• Familiarity with archive,
backup/recovery and business continuity processes in distributed operations

• Has expertise in ITIL
processes/practices/methods as well as designing and implementing IT services
for Infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operations/runbook is

• Has experience in implementing DevOps
capabilities especially with continuous integration, continuous delivery and
environment automation (“infrastructure-as-a-code”, automated provisioning,
deployments and runbook)

• Has good understanding of
organizational change management, especially the impact of cloud to roles,
organization structure and change readiness

• Excellent communication and project
management skills; adept at managing stakeholders at all level

• Strong coaching and mentoring skills,
has patience and can explain complex processes;

• Excellent organizational skill and
ability to juggle multiple demands without missing deadlines

• Strong teambuilding skills and teamwork
orientation; able to coach, mentor or lead by example

• Strong creative problem-solving skills
