Role : Client Service Manager / Engagement Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :


  • Responsible for client engagement; building relationships with key client contacts
  • Interface with client  project managers regularly and focus on growth of engagement
  • Generate new business opportunities by way of account mining
  • Discuss and influence client needs, expectations and satisfaction in the area of Staffing and  service delivery
  • Accountable for accurate monthly resource forecasting and demand fulfilment
  • Ability to Propose organizational service offering mapping to specific client needs
  • Connect to resources regularly, understand their performance, resolve issues and guide their career growth.
  • Completely own monthly billing and collections for assigned area – invoice creation, coordination with client finance/ delivery stakeholders to validate invoices and ensure timely collection of payments
  • Track joinee pipeline, current billable resources, bench to on board and releases on bench



Required Skills :



  • Client Engagement experience
  • Experience in custom software development  
  • Excellent relationship building upto CxO and relationship management skills
  • Experience in custom software development
  • Good to have Captives experience
  • Must have Banking experience
  • Strong verbal, written communication and inter-personal skills
  • Good problem solving skills, should be assertive and able to influence
  • Good understanding of project financials
  • Good knowledge of various SDLCs, Project management
  • Should be presentable, confident in his/her approach and should be able to deal with people across the hierarchy
  • Passionate and willing to influence change and take huge pressure and volume of transactions
  • Should be able to work independently, fast learner and adaptive to changes
  • Good team player with an ability to become a coach
  • Very good in people management
  • Able to work with different stakeholders and able to work in complex environments
