The Cloud Infrastructure Services business provides leading solutions to large global customers through an integrated global sales and delivery model. The focus on your role
In order to drive the growth agenda in Cloud Infrastructure Services, we are looking to expand our team. You are responsible for both supporting pre-sales and delivering a range of projects. This may include individual high value programmes or complex portfolios of projects on our accounts.
What you’ll do
Fully responsible for managing projects, you provide defined deliverables to specification, within agreed cost and timescale, meeting the necessary quality standards and to customer satisfaction. You are committed to managing the client relationship including the commercials, risks and opportunities of the development, and act as the point of escalation for the client. You conduct client negotiations to agree terms for changes to the scope of the project to ensure commercial viability and to set realistic expectations. You manage the project teams, plan activities and monitor progress, and ensure all project deliverables are provided using best practices and are of an appropriate quality.
You operate in difficult, complex or political environments taking full responsibility for outcomes. You represent and promote the group internally and externally including at board level. You develop strategic partnerships and strong relationships with internal and external clients and maximize benefit for all the parties. You generate creative and innovative perspectives using visionary application of technology and constantly look for improvement. You lead and build effective teams to meet business objectives and changing market requirements.
You will have accountability for the effective Transition and Transformation of all services from bid through to delivery (consulting, projects, programmes or ongoing). In addition, the Programme Director will play a key role in supporting the Delivery Director in achieving the account objectives and deliverables.
- Lead end-to-end Transition and Transformation of services, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Own and manage the Transition/Transformation P&L elements in line with the account budget.
- Shape client expectations and manage client expectations to grow projects portfolio on the Account.
- Own senior stakeholder relationships within Capgemini, regarding transition and transformation

More specifically you will have:
- Demonstrable experience in complex and distributed delivery models with international capability.
- Experience in Transition/Transformations supporting contracts with a total value in the order of €50m – €100m per annum.
- A broad knowledge of relevant sector, with ability to work across a range of projects e.g. Supply Chain, CRM, Strategy, IT solutions i.e. must understand and be able to work across several Capgemini offerings (multi-functional).
- A demonstrable track record of using off-shore resource models to deliver service.
- Team management of 100+ employees.
- Ability to achieve SC Security Clearance.
