- Develop social media strategy.
- Manage the production and flow of content through digital channels, ensuring quality and consistency in messaging to maximize impact.
- Create exciting original content as well as utilize Capgemini content in a clean manner.
- Work closely with Capgemini’s senior executives and leaders with respect to channel strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing communication teams and external agencies.
- Administer regular reports and monitor content & post-performance to feed back into planning process.
- Manage campaigns across sourcing channels and drive closures.
- Program manage Vendor Platforms and POCs.
- Strong experience in HR/talent acquisition space and have understanding about the digital tools for talent attraction/branding.
- Experience of working on LinkedIn or similar social recruiting/attraction channels with good understanding of employer branding.
- Strong consulting skills to work with senior stakeholders and ability to drive global programs through complex organization.
- Strong communication, influencing & collaboration skills to work with global teams and bring alignment across different teams.
