Employee Admin and Voice Specialist

Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.

                     

What do you need to start?

  • Fluent English (C1);
  • Around one year of experience in vacancy management & onboarding process;
  • Knowledge of process specific tools (Case management system (preferably Zendesk but not exclusively), SAP SuccessFactors, Document management systems) will be an asset;
  • Readiness to work in shifts (Monday-Friday, between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m.).

 

What duties will help you grow?

  • Process client’s queries and escalations;
  • Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures;
  • Organise knowledge sharing sessions both within the team and cross teams
  • Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes;
  • Vacancy management, Offers and contracts creation, On-boarding process management.
