Job Description

• Excellent knowledge on Dell EMC AVAMAR, Data Domain, Networker and IBM TSM (Spectrum protect). Candidate must possess in-depth knowledge on Backup infrastructure to administrating/architecting backup solutions
• Manage different Backup configurations, Agent and Snapshot based backup clients. API Backups (DDBEA, TDPO, TSM4VE and NOTES),Backup Provisioning/De-Provisioning as per user requirements
• Manage different restore operations: Complex and Cross restore 
• Installation and configuration of Backup servers and Clients 
• Analyse existing backup environment and provide expert advice for optimizations
• Understanding functionalities of key Backup components/processes
• Deduplication/ Encryption /Replication/Reclamation/Migration/Snapshot/Retentions 
• Diagnose backup issues and follow up with root cause analysis.Strong administration and architectural knowledge on AVAMAR, Data Domain, Networker and TSM  
• Configure Backup clients (Guest/Snapshot),Storage Unit and Pool management 
• Auto deployment approaches (Backup clients/proxies,Backup Group, Dataset and Policy management
