Who are we looking for?


We are looking for a seasoned leader with extensive experience in managing and leading teams which are based in multiple geographies. The leader should be able to manage and lead a team with diverse background in areas of Planning, Solutioning, Knowledge management, Reporting and transformation and collaborate with the customer and consistently deliver quality output and positively impact the business outcomes. He/she should be able to guide and mentor the team and work with larger organization to bring the IP and add value to the project and engage with the client to ensure high Customer Satisfaction. The person should be able to manage the site independently and the growth trajectory planned for the next 2-3 years.


We are looking for you


We are looking for a Director/Sr Director for managing a team of resources from delivery, solutions, transformation, planning, reporting and knowledge management for one of our marquee client in the Data Management .


Skills and Qualifications

  • A strong academic background in Business Management Engineering or similar discipline
  • Very good understanding of people, client and financial management  
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in program managing large cross functional and multiple geography based delivery
  • Strong in business program management and client engagement
  • Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
  • Experience in working with international teams (preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages such as MS Excel (VBA scripting), MS PowerPoint, MS Word


What will you do?


  • Manage and Lead, Shared Services and delivery team and ensure to bring them together to deliver solutions with in agreed timelines with quality output
  • Design new strategies for better client engagement and high CSAT
  • Ensure best practices are shared across locations and also implemented for your own location
  • Work with the team to identify potential areas of transformation
  • Ensure cross and upskilling of team members
  • Guide team for designing better and robust reporting mechanisms through dashboards
  • Ensure 100% adherence to privacy and security policies agreed with the client
  • Ensure 100% delivery on SLA and KPI
  • Design improvement and remediation plans in consultation with enabling teams
  • Ensure right pyramid ratio and right talent is hired and retained
  • Prepare and manage monthly and quarterly business reviews for the location and engagement
