Director – Enterprise Service Management

The focus of your role:
You’ll be a leader with experience in consulting and of implementing Enterprise Service Management initiatives. You’ll have strong credentials in using ServiceNow as strategic platform for building service oriented operating model. Playing a role of subject matter experience with our wider Invent teams in Enterprise Service Management and ServiceNow.

What you’ll do:

  • Define strategy and business case for enterprise service management – HR, Finance, Admin, GRC, Legal etc.
  • Bring together cross functional teams to design and implement operating model for service orientation across enterprise functions
  • Manage the relationship with ServiceNow
  • Work with the ServiceNow CoE lead to jointly solve business and technical problems
  • Design overall functional and technical architecture to use ServiceNow as strategic platform for operating model
  • Develop point of view and present to client executives
  • Act as the subject matter expert at executive briefings / marketing events
  • Plan and implement projects by coordinating with different level of stakeholders
  • Manage and drive project scope, goals, resources, budget and deliverables
  • Establish and maintain relationships with CxO suite
  • Develop future solution strategies by working closely with different practice teams
  • Develop practice assets and drive practice maturity

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven working experience in driving enterprise service management transformation
  • Experience and familiarity with ServiceNow platform
  • 10+ years experience in enterprise service improvement
  • Hands-on experience in delivery and service operations
  • Experience working with CxO suite
  • Demonstrated track record in delivering large and complex engagements
  • Business & IT strategy experience
  • Business development and meeting sales targets
  • Experience in leading delivery and technology teams in one of the enterprise functions – HR, GRC, Admin, Property, Admin etc.
  • Good end to end understanding of ITSM and ServiceNow functionalities
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
