Analytical Skills –
1. Should be good with data. Should possess thorough understanding of HR, Finance and Operations processes and underlying data associated with it.
2. Should be able to build scenarios and analyze every option.
3. Should be able to guide the team on building a solution
4. Should be good with data manipulation using MS Excel.
Presentation Skills –
1. Should be good in oral and written communications.
2. Should have a good understanding of power point tool
3. Should have hands on experience of making power point slides.
4. Should have an experience of presenting to n+1 levels, senior leadership and executive leadership.
5. Should have hands on experience making power point proposals/presentations.
Stake Holder Management –
1. Should have experience in communication with the senior leadership across multiple BU’s.
2. Should have experience in creating executive reports, dashboards etc.
3. Should have the experience in conducting the governance meetings, taking notes, publishing MOM’s etc.
4. Should have experience in conducting meetings with BU’s, Operations team and Supper Functions.
