Location: NY, NY
Digital Product Owner serves as the individual accountable for one or more systems leading a cross-functional agile team to deliver value to internal and external customers of the Firm Partner with product management on the product team delivery teams and technology partners and key business partners to establish and nurture the product development lifecycle
•Work with all stakeholders to define high-level requirements
•Responsible for managing a lean-agile team to execute against a product backlog that builds high-quality software solutions
•Responsible for ensuring that the management and prioritizing the agile backlog is executed effectively on all product teams
•Reporting to the Product Manager, this individual aligns strategy to execution through the development and maintenance of their product roadmap and backlog, outlining the body of work expected now next and into the future
•Success in this role requires depth and breadth of subject matter experts inside and outside of the assigned digital product, as well as a foundational understanding of Product Management and Agile software development theory and the ability to expand these capabilities within the organization
•Responsible for indirect influence and task assignment authority for architecture engineering user experience and quality assurance resources, including mentoring and developing all team members to fulfill the product vision
•MBA or equivalent from a reputed school
•Functional knowledge of Digital Experience tools Proven experience leading digital strategy and digital roadmap projects in a complex business and marketing environment, including guiding C level leadership to consensus
