The role

Capgemini’s Relaunch Programme is aimed at supporting talented professionals back into the business by providing a tailored 6-month programme to help refresh and update existing skills as well as developing confidence. Why this role?

Performance Analyst
This is a pivotal analysis role. You will be responsible for developing performance measurement frameworks and analysing the performance of a service or product against these. Your approach and framework will adapt in line with any changes.
Recent times have taught us that working remotely is a successful way of collaborating, but on occasion you will be asked to attend other locations in the UK for short periods.

What you’ll do

  • Work with project teams to procure, implement and validate appropriate analytics tools against identified performance measurement frameworks
  • Analyse data and use this analysis to create compelling evidence-based and actionable data stories to share with stakeholders to drive decisions
  • Inform the iterative design of the service or product in order to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensure data and analysis is of high quality and accuracy, and work with a variety of qualitative and quantitative data
  • Provide challenge from a digital perspective and collaborate with other digital and analytical professions, especially user researchers, to provide collective insights

  • Ability to build relationships and break barriers when interpreting and translating data for users 
  • Boldness to ask the critical questions, challenge the status quo and bring new ideas 
  • Keenness to support our ever-expanding team of passionate and skilled junior talent and advocate for mentoring and guiding members of the team and your community
